1 pkg (10 oz/284g) frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and drained
1⁄2 cup low-fat cream cheese
1 cup evaporated milk
1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Black Pepper, to taste
- Bring broth to a boil in Multipurpose Pot - 8 Cup. Stir in spinach and dip mix. Bring to a simmer.
- Add cream cheese and milk, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat. Add Parmesan and stir until melted.
- Season with Black Pepper.
