Serve with 4 oz (112 g) of chicken and 1⁄2 cup potato salad.
1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise
1⁄2 cup 2% plain yogurt
2 tbsp Coleslaw Dressing Mix
2 tbsp vinegar
1 small cabbage
- In large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, dressing mix, and vinegar.
- Using the 4-in-1 Mandoline, thinly slice cabbage (about 10 cups) and carrots.
- Add cabbage and carrot to bowl; stir to combine. Salad will keep well, refrigerated, up to 3 days.
