Cran & Apple Cinnamon Cheese Ball
Savoury with a touch of sweet – ideal for after dinner or a casual glass with friends.
2 tbsp Cranapple Cinnamon Sweet Dip Mix
1 pkg (8 oz/ 250) brick light cream cheese
1 cup sliced almonds
- In a food processor or electric mixer, mix Dip Mix with cream cheese until smooth.
- Form into a ball and roll in almonds.
- Refrigerate for a few hours, or overnight. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before serving.

Cookie crumbs can be used in place of sliced almonds.
For a great bagel spread, mix 2 tbsp of Dip Mix with 1 — 8 oz (250 g) container light spreadable cream cheese.
