Corn on the Cob with Chili Lime Butter

Sweet and savoury corn with a hint of smokiness and lime.
Ingredients
1⁄4 cup butter, at room temperature
1⁄2 tsp Chili Seasoning
1⁄2 tsp Chili Lime Sansel
4 ears corn, husked
Sea Salt, to taste
Preparation
- Cream together butter, Chili and Chili Lime Sansel in a small mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Fill Multipurpose Pot with cold water and bring to a boil. Add corn and cook for 3–5 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
- While still warm, brush corn with prepared Chili Lime Butter and season with Salt. Serve immediately.
