1 egg white, about 2 tbsp
3 cups raw, unsalted almonds
1⁄2 cup raw, unsalted pumpkin seeds
1⁄2 cup roasted or raw sesame seeds
- Preheat oven to 325° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
- In a large bowl, whisk egg white with seasoning until foamy. Add almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds. Toss until well coated.
- Arrange on pan in an even layer. Bake for 15—20 min or until coating starts to get crispy.
- Once fully cooled, break apart and enjoy!
For extra crispy nuts, bake at 300° F for 45 min.
Once nuts are cooled, stir in 1 cup of dried cranberries. To make a great holiday gift, place mix in cellophane bags or lidded, glass jars, and tie with a ribbon.
