Chocolate Sambuca Sauce
2⁄3 cups sugar
1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
1⁄2 cup hot water
1⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄2 cup butter
1⁄2 cup whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄3 cup Sambuca
- Combine sugar and cocoa powder in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup. Whisk in hot water. Place over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer and add salt.
- Add butter and cream, whisking until smooth. Simmer until thickened.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and Sambuca.

Great for fruit fondue or for dipping cake. Keeps 1 month in refrigerator.
