This is a super twist on an already creamy-delicious dish. Make the cheesecake in a rectangular baking dish to cut into small squares.
1 pkg Chocolate Velvet Cheesecake Mix
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 1⁄3 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 pkg (8 oz/250 g) cream cheese
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup dark Belgian chocolate, or milk Belgian chocolate or chocolate chips
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- In a 9” x 13” baking dish, make cheesecake according to package directions.
- Remove from oven, and evenly distribute marshmallows, Belgian chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs overtop.
- Place back in oven until chocolate and marshmallows are partially melted, 1–2 more minutes,
- Remove from oven, let cool completely, then cut into 2-bite squares.
