Chipotle Breakfast Sandwich
Kick up the heat in your breakfast sandwich.
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp3 Onion Dip Mix
2 whole wheat English muffins
2 slices low-sodium ham
2 tomato slices
2 tbspChipotle Aioli, prepared
- Whisk eggs, milk, and 3 Onion Dip Mix until frothy, then pour into a lightly oiled Omelet Maker.
- Close lid and microwave on high for 2–3 minutes.
- Loosen omelet with a spatula, cut in half, and place onto English muffin halves with ham, tomato, and a dollop of Chipotle Aioli. Top with other halves of English muffin and serve.
