Chilled Scarlet O Watermelon Soup

Ingredients
1 cup boiled water
1 tsp Scarlet O tea leaves, or tea leaves of your choice
4 cups watermelon, cubed
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp liquid honey
Preparation
- Steep tea in boiling water for 5 minutes, strain, and cool completely.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, pulse until smooth, and chill before serving.
