Chewy Chocolate Brownies

Enjoy nutty chocolate bliss with every bite on International Chocolate Day!
Ingredients
1⁄2 lb (225 g) butter
1 cup dark chocolate chips
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
2⁄3 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Lightly spray a 9” x 13” baking pan with vegetable oil.
- Melt butter and chocolate together.
- Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla until thick. Stir in chocolate mixture.
- Fold in flour and walnuts and pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 25 minutes. Do not over bake.
