CCB Stuffed Yams
2 large yams
2 - 3 tbspCCB Dip Mix
2 tsp butter
- Microwave yams until tender. Cut in half crosswise.
- Carefully scoop out insides, leaving a 1⁄4” thick shell
- Mash yam with CCB Dip Mix and butter, then spoon back into shells.
- Place on Sheet Pan. Broil for 3–5 minutes. Serve warm.
