CCB Cheese Ball Lollies
1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) light cream cheese
1⁄2 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
1⁄4 cupCCB Dip Mix, divided
- In a food processor or mixer, mix cream cheese, cheddar, and 2 tbsp dip mix.
- Scoop and roll 16 small balls, approximately 1 tbsp per ball.
- On a plate, roll balls in remaining dip mix to coat. Insert lollipop stick, popsicle stick, or flat skewers and transfer to a serving platter.
- Cover and refrigerate. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before serving.
