Ingredients
1 shot espresso
1⁄2 banana, cut into chunks
1⁄4 tspApple Pie Spice
1 tsp almond butter
2 dates, pitted
1⁄2 cup milk
ice
water
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice for a thicker consistency or more water for a thinner consistency, as desired.
