Butternut Squash Fries
A deliciously savoury alternative to potato fries!
1 lb (450 g) butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into 16 — 3/4” strips
1 1⁄2 tsp sriracha seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Chili Garlic Sea Salt - Grinder, coarsely ground, to taste
- Preheat oven to 450° F (230° C).
- Lightly spray Sheet Pan with vegetable oil.
- Place squash sticks on Sheet Pan. Season with sriracha seasoning, toss in oil to coat and arrange in single layer. Season with Chili Garlic Sea Salt.
- Roast, turning once, for approximately 14–18 minutes, or until golden.
