Build Your Own Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients
1⁄2 cup quick oats
1⁄2 cup milk
1 cup berries, sliced apples, frozen fruit, or ¼ cup dried fruit
2 tbsp nuts or chia seeds
1 tsp chopped dates, maple syrup, or honey
1⁄4 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
Preparation
- In a bowl or mason jar, combine oats and milk.
- Top oat mixture with fruit; nuts; and dates, maple syrup, or honey.
- Leave in fridge overnight. Top with Greek yogurt prior to serving. Enjoy!
