berries, sliced apples, frozen fruit, or ¼ cup dried fruit
2 tbsp
nuts or chia seeds
1 tsp
package (one or another):
Apple Pie SpiceApple Pie Spice
Cinnamon Cinnamon
1 tsp
chopped dates, maple syrup, or honey
14 cup
2% plain Greek yogurt

Preparation
  1. In a bowl or mason jar, combine oats and milk.
  2. Top oat mixture with fruit; nuts; spice or cinnamon; and dates, maple syrup, or honey.
  3. Leave in fridge overnight. Top with Greek yogurt prior to serving. Enjoy!
