Blue Cheese and Onion Cheese Ball

Make into a cheese ball or simply roll into a ‘log’. Perfect when served with Red Pepper Jelly.
Ingredients
1 - 8 oz brick light cream cheese
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp3 Onion Dip Mix
1 cup pecan or walnut crumbs
Preparation
- Combine cream cheese, blue cheese, Worcestershire sauce and 3 Onion Dip Mix.
- Form into ball or log.
- Roll in nuts to coat.

Tips
Cheese balls can be frozen for up to 1 month. Unwrap and thaw to room temperature before serving with crackers or bread.
