Beet Dip & Spread
Can’t beet this dip! It will delight taste buds and its vibrant purple hue will dazzle guests.
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) beets, drained
1⁄4 cup 2% Greek yogurt
1⁄4 cup walnuts
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbspLemon Dilly Dip Mix
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
- In food processor, blend all ingredients, including salt and pepper, if desired.
- Spoon into serving dish, cover, and chill.
