- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly brush with oil.
- In a large bowl, combine pork and seasoning. Using a fork or your hands, mix until well blended. Form into four equal patties.
- Grill with lid closed 3–4 min per side, until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, thinly slice cucumber and onion.
- Tuck burgers into buns and top with cucumber, onion, and carrots.
Pickle your veggies to add a yummy tang to your burger. In a Multipurpose Pot – 8 Cup, bring 1⁄2 cup water, 1⁄4 cup rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp seasoning to a boil. Pour over sliced vegetables until veggies are fully submerged. Cool completely.
