Delish Vietnamese-inspired burger with flavours of lemongrass, onion, and garlic with low, medium heat from paprika. Great for chicken or pork burgers garnished with fresh cucumber and carrot. Choosing whole-wheat buns is an easy way to increase fibre in your diet.

Preparation
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly brush with oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pork and seasoning. Using a fork or your hands, mix until well blended. Form into four equal patties.
  3. Grill with lid closed 3–4 min per side, until cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, thinly slice cucumber and onion.
  5. Tuck burgers into buns and top with cucumber, onion, and carrots.
Tips

Pickle your veggies to add a yummy tang to your burger. In a Multipurpose Pot – 8 Cup, bring 12 cup water, 14 cup rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp seasoning to a boil. Pour over sliced vegetables until veggies are fully submerged. Cool completely.

Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Serve with 1 cup veggies and 1 tbsp prepared Epicure Dip.
