Serve with 1 cup sliced mixed vegetables, your choice.
1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
1⁄2 tbspChipotle Aioli Mix
1 tsp lemon juice, optional
1 lb (450 g) ground chicken or pork
1 tbspAsian Stir-Fry Seasoning
1 green onion
1 cup shredded cabbage
1⁄4 English cucumber
8 taco shells
- In a bowl, stir together mayo, aioli mix, and lemon juice, if desired. Set aside.
- In Multipurpose Steamer, combine meat with seasoning . Cover; microwave on high until meat is cooked through, 3−5 min.
- Meanwhile, thinly slice green onion. Using a Y-peeler, make cucumber ribbons.
- Spoon meat mixture into taco shells. Top with veggies and a dollop of aioli.
