Ancho Lime Steamer Rice

Ingredients
1 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups + 2 tbsp water
1 tbsp Ancho Lime Rub
1 tbsp tomato paste
Toppings (optional): chopped cilantro, sliced avocado, lime wedges, Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper
Preparation
- In Round or Multipurpose Steamer, combine rice, water, rub, and tomato paste. Top with tray; microwave, uncovered, on high for 17–19 min, or until tender. Using a fork, stir to fluff.
