Air Fryer Sweet Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
3 small sweet potatoes
1 tbsp oil
1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Preparation
- Preheat air fryer to 390° F.
- Cut sweet potatoes into small cubes; you should have about 3 cups.
- In a large bowl, add sweet potatoes, oil, chicken, and seasoning. Toss until well coated.
- Arrange chicken in single layer in basket. Cook 15 min or until cooked through, flipping halfway through. Remove from basket and keep warm.
- Arrange sweet potatoes in a single layer in basket. Cook 10 min or until tender, shaking basket halfway through.
