5 Minute Vegetable Couscous

Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cupsNourish Broth, prepared
1⁄3 cup frozen mixed vegetables
2 tbsp raisins
2 tspVegetable Seasoning
1 cup couscous
Preparation
- Bring Nourish Bouillon to a boil in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup.
- Add vegetables, raisins and Seasoning. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in couscous. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
