4 Minute Salmon and Asparagus

You’ve got to try our Quick and Easy 4-minute salmon fillet nestled on a bed of asparagus recipe! Our steamer method is super easy and amazingly tasty as it allows the flavours of the salmon and the Pesto blend to infuse and develop wonderfully. Add a dollop of cream cheese before cooking to take it to another level!

Ingredients
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
2 (4 oz/110 g) salmon fillets, skin removed
Preparation
- Place asparagus in Rectangular Steamer; sprinkle with 1 tsp seasoning. Lay salmon over top; sprinkle with remaining seasoning.
- Cover; microwave on high for 4–5 min.
