3 Bean Salad
Each serving has 10 g of fill-you-up-fast fibre, important for good health!
1 can (19 oz/540 ml) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (19 oz/540 ml) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 cup corn niblets (canned or frozen), drained or thawed
2 green onions
1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
1⁄3 cup orange juice
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp Nacho Cheese Dip Mix
- Combine all ingredients.
- Serve, or marinate in fridge for up to 2 days.
