Ingredients

1 turkey carcass
-
12 cups cold water
-
2 celery stalks, chopped
-
2 carrots, chopped
-
1 onion, skin on, quartered
-
2 tsp SPG
Directions
Place all ingredients in large stock pot.
Bring to boil, reduce temperature to slow simmer.
Simmer for 2 hours, skimming any foam that collect son the surface.
Strain and use turkey stock for soups and stews.
