Ingredients

1/2 lb (225 g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 lb (450 g) trimmed green beans
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1/2 pkg Chicken Souvlaki Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) no salt added chickpeas
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk together seasoning, vinegar, and oil.
Drain and rinse chickpeas and place on lined sheet pan
Add chicken, tomatoes, and green beans. They will overlap—that’s OK. Drizzle sauce on top gently toss to combine.
- Bake 15 min, or until chicken is cooked through, beans are tender-crisp, and some of the tomatoes have burst.
Recipe Note
Serve with 1 small pita and Lemon Dilly Dip
