Ingredients

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp SPG Seasoning

1 tbsp Herb & Garlic
Directions
Preheat oven to 425° F
Place broccoli into microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, or until tender.
- Transfer to pan and arrange in a single layer. Using the base of a measuring cup or glass, flatten broccoli into rounds.
- In a small bowl, combine seasoning and oil. Brush over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 15 min, or until cheese is golden.
Recipe Note
Try with your favourite shredded cheeses, such as asiago, mozzarella, or cheddar.
