These slow cooker ribs are the ultimate set-it-and-forget-it meal. Cooked low and slow until tender, then brushed with barbecue sauce and finished in the oven, they deliver fall-apart, flavor-packed ribs perfect for during the week.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds baby back ribs, trimmed
- 4 tbsp BBQ Chicken & Rib Rub
- ½ cup water
- ½ onion, sliced
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Directions
Season ribs with rub
- Pour ½ cup water in the slow cooler and then add ribs. Scatter onions and minced garlic over top. Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours or on HIigh for 4 hours.
- When ribs are almost finished, pre-heat the oven to 375F (190C)
- Transfer ribs from slow cooker to a sheet pan; discard onion. Coat ribs with barbeque sauce
- Bake ribs in oven for 10 - 15 minutes or until sauce caramelizes and sticks to meat
