Ingredients
- 1 cup packed medjool dates (about 12 dates)
- 1/2 cup nut butter such as natural peanut butter

almond or nut-free alternative
- 4 tbsp milk (or dairy-free alternative)

2 scoops Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend or Power Up Chocolate Protein Blend
Directions
- Remove pits from dates
- coarsely chop. Place dates, nut butter, hemp hearts, protein powder, and milk in a food processor. Pulse just until combined and dough is slightly sticky, about 20–30 sec.
Portion dough into 12 balls
roll in desired toppings.
- Refrigerate up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
