Cooking Chicken Parmesan on a sheet pan is a lighter take on the classic method with less oil and no frying. Use prepared Marinara Sauce to make delicious Chicken Parm in less than 30 minutes.
Ingredients

1 cup regular or gluten free bread crumbs

¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese

1 tbsp SPG Seasoning

Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)

2 lbs (900 grams) boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 4)

3 cups prepared Marinara Sauce

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 can diced tomatoes (28 oz/796 ml)

1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz/796 ml)

3 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix

Directions
Preheat oven to 400F
In a medium-sized bowl, stir together breadcrumbs, Parmesan Cheese, SPG seasoning, and salt and pepper, if desired.
Dip each chicken piece in the breadcrumb mixture, patting to coat thoroughly on both sides. Place on a lined sheet pan.
Bake the chicken until breadcrumbs have browned and the chicken is almost entirely cooked through (about 15 minutes)
Remove the pan from the oven. Top each chicken piece evenly with prepared marinara sauce and sprinkle mozzarella on top. Return to the oven.
Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly (about 10 minutes) Serve hot.
Marinara Sauce
Stir together 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes and 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) crushed tomatoes with 3 tbsp sauce mix. Simmer for 15–20 min.
