Ingredients

2 cups chopped cauliflower florets

2 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 - 3 medium potatoes (washed and quartered)
- 2 - 3 tbsp butter

Salt, to taste
Directions
Place potatoes and cauliflower in a pot of salted cold water, bring to a boil, and cook until tender (about 12 - 15 minutes).
Drain and mash with a potato masher, ricer, or blend with an immersion blender. Add butter and milk a little at a time until smooth and creamy.
Add Herb and Garlic and salt after mashing, while the mixture is still hot, so flavours blend evenly.
Recipe Note
Top with green onions or better than bacon
