Ingredients
- 3 heads Romaine lettuce (washed)

Better Than Bacon Topper (to taste)
- 1 cup Caesar Dressing
Directions
- Cut lettuce lengthwise into small wedges. Be sure to leave core intact so the wedges stay together.
- Arrange wedges on a platter.
Drizzle with a few spoonfuls of Caesar Salad Dressing, then generously shake Better Than Bacon Topper over wedges.
