BROWNIES - Mix blend with butter (or coconut oil), milk (of your choice), and vanilla. Bake. We like adding a handful of chocolate chips to make them extra chocolatey.
LOW FAT BROWNIES - Swap apple sauce for butter. This makes a more subtle chocolate brownie, and the texture isn’t as fudgy.
PEPPERMINT BROWNIES - Swap out vanilla extract for peppermint or orange extract or rum. For peppermint brownies, add 1 crushed candy-cane to batter.
