Ingredients
1 pkg
Tomato Soup Seasoning
1 can (6 oz/156 ml)
tomato paste
4 cups
water
2 tbsp
heavy cream, optional

Preparation
  1. In a medium pot, whisk seasoning with tomato paste and water. Cover and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Lower heat and simmer 5–7 min, stirring occasionally. 
  2. Remove from heat and swirl in cream, if using.
Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Serve with a dinner roll or open-faced grilled cheese sandwich, 4 oz (113 g) lean protein, and 2 cups leafy greens with 1 tbsp Epicure Dressing.
