A fresh, in-season salad starts with greens from the garden and is finished with Epicure amazing Balsamic Berry Dressing. Simple yet delicious.


Ingredients

Preparation
  1. Whirl all dressing ingredients in a blender until puréed. If dressing is too thick, stir in 1–2 tbsp water.
  2. Place lettuce in a bowl with peaches and goat cheese. Drizzle half the dressing overtop, then toss to mix. Add more dressing, if needed, or cover and refrigerate remaining dressing for another day.
  3. Sprinkle with almonds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, if desired.
