Black Pepper, to taste

head romaine lettuce, torn or cut into bite-sized pieces

green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup
crumbled blue cheese

Preparation
  1. With a Piano Wire Whisk, whisk prepared Balsamic Vinaigrette with Dijon-style mustard in mixing bowl. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
  2. Add romaine lettuce and green onions, tossing to coat.
  3. Top with crumbled blue cheese and serve. Excellent served with grilled steak.
