Spice up your life and your breakfast with these jalapeño popper egg bites! Cheesy, with just the right amount of kick, they're a fun way to start the day. They work as a mid-day pick-me-up, too. Packed with protein, they’ll keep you feeling strong and powered up. Grab a couple on the go or savour the spice at home.  


Ingredients

Toppings (optional): jalapeno slices, Better Than Bacon Topper 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Lightly oil Muffin Maker and place on Sheet Pan
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and dip mix. If using, dollop 1 tsp cream cheese into each muffin cavity. Pour in egg mixture, filling each cavity about 34 full. Sprinkle with cheese. Add toppings, if desired.  
  3. Bake 15–17 min, or until eggs are set. Let cool slightly before removing from cavities. 
  4. If making ahead, refrigerate up to 5 days or freeze up to 1 month.  
Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Serve with 1 cup berries, and 1 slice of whole grain toast with 1 tsp butter.
