1⁄4 cup oil
2 tbsp milk, your choice
1⁄2 cup chocolate chips, optional
- Preheat oven to 375° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
- In large bowl, combine cupcake mix, eggs, oil, and milk. Using 2 tbsp as a guide, scoop batter into balls and place on pan 1" apart.
- Bake 12 min, or until edges start to brown slightly. Let cool completely before removing from pan.
- Store leftover cookies in the refrigerator with parchment paper inserted between layers of cookies to prevent sticking.
