Quick Beet and Cabbage Borscht

Ingredients
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) diced beets, including liquid
1 tbspToasted Onion
1 cup diced carrots
4 cupsVegetable Broth
2 tspLemon Dilly Dip Mix
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
sour cream, to taste
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce temperature, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
