Ingredients

ginger cookie crumbs
12 cup
spreadable cream cheese
4 tsp
brown sugar, divided
12 tsp
Pumpkin Pie Spice
12 cup
whipping cream

Preparation
  1. Place 1 tbsp crumbs in the bottom of 6 verrines. Set aside.
  2. Beat cream cheese with 2 tsp brown sugar and Pumpkin Pie Spice.
  3. Whip cream with remaining brown sugar in a separate bowl. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Divide between verrines.
  4. Top with remaining crumbs and serve.
