Ingredients
8 taco shells
1 1⁄2 cupsSlow Cooker Pulled Pork, prepared and heated
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup grated low-fat cheese
1 lime
Preparation
- Divide pulled pork between taco shells.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
- Serve each with a lime wedge – a fresh squeeze of lime adds a delicious, authentic Mexican flavour to your tacos.
