Preparation
  1. Remove pits from dates; coarsely chop. Place dates, nut butter, hemp hearts, protein powder, and milk in a food processor. Pulse just until combined and dough is slightly sticky, about 20–30 sec.
  2. Portion dough into 12 balls; roll in desired toppings.
  3. Refrigerate up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
Tips

Are you a chocoholic? For an extra fudgy kick, add 1 tbsp cocoa powder when blending.

For easy portioning, use a small ice cream scoop to form balls.
