2 cups cooked grains, such as rainbow quinoa
2 cups chickpeas, cooked or canned, drained and rinsed
2 hardboiled eggs
1⁄2 avocado, quartered
1⁄2 cupSuper Green Goddess Dressing
Garlic Onion Nutritional Yeast Topper, to taste
- Arrange first five ingredients in four serving bowls.
- Drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast topper and serve.
