A modern twist on a delicious favourite.
6 tbsp warm water
2 cups Edamame beans, shelled
1⁄4 cup extra-virgin olive oil or sesame oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
- Bring water to a boil in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup and cook edamame beans for 4-5 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Combine all ingredients and puree in food processor. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil or sesame oil, and a squeeze of lime.
