Chicken with Mulling Spices

Serve with 1⁄2 cup cooked rice and 1 cup steamed vegetables.
4 (4 oz/123 g) pieces boneless, skinless chicken breast
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 cup orange juice
1 bag Mulling Spices
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in Sauté Pan over medium-high heat; add chicken.
- Brown chicken on both sides, then reduce heat to medium-low. Add orange juice and Mulling Spices. Stir well.
- Cook chicken 10 min, or until cooked through. Remove tea bag; serve.
