Cook once, eat twice! Grilled Chicken tonight, Cobb Salad tomorrow.
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
- Rub chicken with oil. Liberally shake Montreal Chicken Rub on both sides.
- Grill for 4–5 minutes per side, or until an instant-read thermometer indicates a Food Safe internal temperature of 165° F (74° C).
- No barbecue? No problem! Lightly oil fry pan with a basting brush and cook chicken over medium-low heat for approximately 5 minutes. Turn over, and place in a pre-heated 350° F (175° C) oven and cook another 10–15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
