Fun and family-friendly! Call the kids in to help top this delicious, healthier house-made pizza.

Ingredients

1 thin whole-grain or gluten-free prepared pizza shell (12”), 8 oz (250 g)
Fresh mozzarella (torn into small pieces)
1 cup prepared Marinara Sauce
SPG (to taste)
4 tsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. Place pizza shell on a baking sheet. Brush with oil and season with SPG, if desired.
  3. Bake for 5 min, until crisp.
  4. Remove from oven. Spread with Marinara Sauce and sprinkle with cheese
  5. Return to oven and bake for 5 min, until cheese melts.

Recipe Note

Top each slice of pizza with 1/2 cup cooked, chopped chicken breast (add with the cheese) or add prosciutto and arugula after cooking.
