Our Guarantee

We know you will love our products! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Epicure products within 90 days of your purchase, we will exchange or fully refund your purchase. Extended guarantees apply to the following products, excluding products featured as Host or Customer Exclusives.

  • Cookware products have a minimum one year guarantee against manufacturer’s defects unless otherwise noted. Proof of purchase required.
  • Silicone products and non-stick coating cookware are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects for three years from date of purchase. Proof of purchase required.
  • Stainless steel products have a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer’s defects. Proof of purchase required.

Product Returns

Please contact your Consultant or contact us at Home Office for any return. Provided you report a product return to Home Office within 30 days of purchase, a refund can be credited for the purchase price plus any applicable taxes.
