Microwave Preparation: 1. Place oil, chicken, and bell peppers in a Multipurpose Steamer. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. 2. Sprinkle with dip mix and flour. Stir and microwave for 2 minutes. 3. Stir in warm broth. Microwave covered for 5 minutes. 4. Stir in the peas and chickpeas, microwave covered for 2 minutes more or until heated through. Season, if desired.
Stovetop Preparation: 1. Heat Fry Pan or Wok & Glass Lid over medium-high heat. Add oil and chicken and stir-fry approximately 5 minutes. 2. Add peppers and stir-fry an additional 2 minutes. 3. Sprinkle with dip mix and flour. Stir constantly for 1 minute. 4. Stir in broth, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally for approximately 5 minutes. 5. Add peas and chickpeas, stirring frequently for 5 minutes, or until heated through. Season, if desired.
