Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 1/2 can (14 oz /398 ml) artichokes, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 (8 oz/225 gr) light cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp (22.5 ml) Artichoke Dip Mix
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) light sour cream
  • 1 (12 oz/30 cm) thin pizza shell
  • 1 (4oz/120g) flank steak, cooked and thinly sliced against the grain
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) thinly sliced button mushrooms
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) low-fat marble cheese

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
  • Combine first 4 ingredients in a small mixing bowl and set aside.
  • Place pizza shell on parchment-lined Sheet Pan. Top with sauce, steak, mushrooms and cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden and crisp and cheese is melted.
  • Tip: Dish up with a big leafy green salad.
